Good data, clunky interface

Signed up for a month to look for bank owned properties. The distressed property alerts were pretty helpful and updated regularly, which I liked. Found a few promising REO listings. What bugged me a little was navigating around; sometimes the search filters felt a bit finicky on my phone. Overall, good value for the data, but the site could be smoother.

Always reliable listings

I've used ForeClosure a few times now, mainly for residential foreclosures. My recent search for fixer upper properties was as solid as prior experiences. Found a few good leads in my area, just like last year. Consistency is key.

Thinking about signing up for their free trial to check out some properties. If I don't like it, is it easy to cancel before they charge you?

Yeah, totally. Just make sure you cancel before the 7 days are up. I did it last month and it was pretty straightforward, no hassle.

I think you can just go into your account settings and hit cancel. They make it pretty clear that you won't get charged if you do it within the trial period. Just set a reminder for yourself!
